Who We Are
Novena Construction is a locally owned construction agency and private contractor dedicated to delivering incredible quality for our community at a fair price. We focus on building our community through honest, quality, efficient work.
Our Owner
Colson Lowman is a lifelong resident of North Idaho, having grown up in Coeur d'Alene. After marrying his wife Catherine, they moved to the Silver Valley, where they now raise their three children. With nearly a decade of experience in construction, Colson specializes in carpentry, deck building, home renovation, and commercial projects. His expertise and dedication to our local community guarantee quality in every project he takes on.
Colson and his crew at Novena Construction gave a fair bid for our deck, arrived on time when they said they would, communicated with us during the project, finished on time and left their worksite clean. One in a million contractor, definitely highly recommend them!
